Nepo is an internationally recognized authority on antiques car collector and the founder of the Exotics Car Collection Agency Florida (ECCAF) a car collector organization that dedicates itself to preserving world car history and American muscle cars. He and his crew of vintage car experts and ECCAF volunteers have discovered more than 600 antique classic car historically significant collectables car including old classic jaguar, american muscle cars, British classic sports car, 1962 German vintage car, country classic cars including Buick, Ford, Bentley ,  Mercedes Benz, Porsche and Chevrolet Impala.
